- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Designing and building mobile applications for Apples iOS platform.
- Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
- Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
- Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
- Publishing application on App Store.
- Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
- Designing and implementing application updates.
- Must have worked on AWS platforms.
- Working experience in iOS development & have published one or more iOS apps in the app store.
- A deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch along experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Knowledge of iOS back-end services & knowledge of Apples design principles and application interface guidelines.
- Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN & C-based libraries.
- Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
- Experience with continuous integration along experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of different versions of IOS, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect IOS applications to back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of IOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch.
- Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers.
- Knowledge of the open-source IOS ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
