    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Screen and shortlist candidates for IT contract positions, ensuring they meet the required qualifications and skills
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and building relationships with potential candidates
    • Negotiate and close offers with candidates, ensuring both the candidate and the client are satisfied
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively assess candidate skills and fit
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client documentation in the recruitment database
