• Procurement of Raw materials required to manufacture Transformers, Assets and other items as on Indent based. PR to PO conversions of Raw materials includes Metals like copper items aluminum steel Insulation components PCB Densiwied wood FRP items steel Machined components
• Dispatch items including packing materials boxes etc This also included imported items relays bushings Tap changer NFIPS CRGO items Testing and measuring instruments 2 bin items all the raw materials required for Power transformers and distribution transformer. Needs to check BOM Older in time after clearing all technical and commercial terms
• Negotiation coordination follow up with suppliers and other allied departments to ensure smooth SCM. Purchase knowledge and basic Knowledge about Transformers is also required.
• Good Written and Oral communication. Obtain multiple offers comparison and on time delivery good vendor relationship management. Inventory control cost control lead time reduction. Vendor development Exposures is also required.
