    Overview: Rocket Learning s communications teamis searching for a talented and creative individual to join as anAssociate with 23 years of experience in video editing graphicdesign and social media content management. As a crucial member ofour remote team you will be responsible for producing visuallyappealing and engaging video content designing graphics andmanaging our social media platforms. The ideal candidate willdemonstrate proficiency in Adobe editing software Photoshop CanvaWavemaker and possess excellent communicationskills.

    KeyResults:
    1.Enhance Rocket Learnings internal and external communicationthrough proactive and creativestrategies2. Boostaudience engagement and recall through captivatingstorytelling3.Provide impactful event design support for national and stateinterventions4.Establish Rocket Learning as an expert in the ECCE and build aunique brandvoice

    KeyActivities:
    Collaborate on conceptualizing storyboarding and producing engagingvideo content that showcases Rocket Learnings work andimpact. Createvisually interesting graphic designs for social media posts websitebanners advertisements newsletters andevents. Monitor andrespond to social media comments messages andinquiries. Stayuptodate with the latest trends and best practices in video editinggraphic design and social mediamanagement.

    Areasof responsibility:1. Designingweekly social media post content managing and responding tocomments on socialmedia.2. Creating23 basic imagerich videos/animated GIFs perweek.3. Supportingproperty/paper/report design asneeded.4. Assistingwith event collateral asrequired.5.Continually innovating design and formats for sustainedengagement.6.Providing monthly Hootsuite analytical report support to theDigital MarketingManager.7.Maintaining the press office/mediadrive.
