- State level detailing DeliverablesPrescriptions HCP & Chemist Coverage HCP engagement by jointlyworking with the MSRs and FBM.
- To feed in demand forecasts for the state into overallregional forecasts
- Territory & State level business delivery for ORSLBenadryl Imodium and Daktarin Brands.
- Designing & Monitoring HCP EngagementPlan. Owning up Key Core Doctors relationship in assigned territory
- Developing teammembers and ensuring good execution of agreed Marketing strategies.
- Doing Periodicalanalysis on Sales & other KPIs sharing with team and guidingthem on regular intervals to build Business.
- To collaborate & work closelywith CD Team Aligning Sales plan & strengthening distributionchannel to service Customer orders timely.
- Mentoring & Training FBMs on businessopportunity identification and crafting solutions
- Reviewing MCL List & CoreChemists list on a regular frequency
- Managing outsourced MSRs
- To ensure adherence on BusinessCompliance across level
- This is a 2nd line position with Direct reportees FBMsand MSRs in the team.
- BSc/BPharm
- 1015 years of experience with min3 years as people manager with Pharma MNCs/Good Indian companies.
- Experience with GPsMBBS/Non MBBS segment is preferred with exposure to above mentionedgeographies.
- Proventrack record on Business delivery.
- Known to CRM (Customer RelationshipManagement) Skills.
- Successful new product launch experiences.
- Good Analytical ability
- Exposure in digitalframework for reporting business review formats etc.
- Experience conducting scientificContinuous Medical Education
