    Skills:

    • Strong experience as a Scrum Master in dealing with technical teams, with a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
    • Technical background or strong familiarity with software development, CI/CD, DevOps, or testing processes.
    • Proven ability to drive progress, prioritize work, and remove obstacles to ensure the team meets sprint goals and deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to coordinate across development, QA, DevOps, and other teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on tracking project status, metrics, and team performance using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain team focus on key objectives.
    • Expertise in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and maintaining a clear roadmap for the team.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to identify and mitigate risks and issues.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Act as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, guiding them through all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
    • Drive team performance by helping prioritize tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring the team stays on track to meet sprint goals.
    • Collaborate closely with product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized based on business needs and technical requirements.
    • Proactively identify and remove roadblocks that may hinder the teams progress, coordinating with other teams or stakeholders as needed.
    • Ensure that the team adheres to Agile practices and maintains high-quality standards, including detailed tracking of velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that the team has a clear understanding of goals and requirements.
    • Provide detailed status updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency of project progress, risks, and timelines.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by identifying opportunities for process optimization during retrospectives.
