    Creating Severity TARs/SR and conduct OWC sessions with Oracle support to resolve issues.
    PeopleSoft Environment Refreshes & Data ManagementPeopleSoft UAT/Test refresh from Prod.

    Installing and maintaining Digital certificate in People Tools.

    Configure/Troubleshoot PeopleSoft Integration Broker Keystore configurationTrack and remediate Security Vulnerabilities , apply Critical Security Patch updates for PeopleSoft ApplicationsQuarterly Password Changes for PeopleSoft SYSADM user and adhere to SOX policies.

    Generation of SOX Audit reports having all details of changes implemented on Prod Environments and sharing with Application Owners for required approvals.

    Work with external Audit team (currently D&T) and provide required PeopleSoft Application changes evidence for Audit related Queries.
