We have opening for Senior Manager / AVP Business Process with Leading Private Bank

Experience - 5 + Year

Location - Mumbai

Job Role -

Analysing risks and obligations from all angles, writing thorough, detailed processes based on changes in regulations, products, systems, etc., and making sure the same are released on time by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinating information gathering efforts with many stakeholders, such as Compliance, Risk, Product, Legal, and OPS.

• Determining which current procedures need to be updated or revised.

• Offering Branches specialised solutions for their unique business needs.

• Offer support to management, operations, and products.

• The team member will be in charge of making sure that consumer requests for the settlement of dead claims are closed within the bank's specified TAT.

• This Team must handle all procedures or policies that have an impact on Retail Liabilities clients.

• Managing the query desk to promptly address any questions or clarifications that the channel raises

Requirements -

Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally;

Thorough understanding of Branch Banking Products, Operations, and Processes;

Necessary knowledge of the Deceased Claim related procedure; summary suggestions from SMEs for process enhancements and other findings

• Possessing the ability to anticipate process modifications from a Business Process Re-engineering standpoint;

• Being cognizant of competitor strategies.

• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines
