We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead cross-functional R&D projects focused on advanced robotics, drone technologies, and autonomous vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess technical insight, exceptional leadership, and end-to-end project ownership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end R&D projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and testing teams to convert product ideas into technical solutions.
• Drive the development of new drones, crawling robots, and autonomous rovers in line with industrial applications.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies for seamless execution.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and sprint planning sessions to track progress and address challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align project deliverables with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and documentation standards.
• Evaluate new technologies and incorporate relevant trends into the development roadmap.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a collaborative and innovative R&D culture.
• Strong technical foundation in science and technology, particularly in robotics, drone systems, or industrial automation.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary R&D projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
