Description

The SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst will be pivotal in the implementation and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, particularly focusing on the Employee Central module, and the Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding processes.

This role demands a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to successfully integrate SuccessFactors with other corporate platforms including SAP S/4HANA, Middleware Talend, and Salesforce.

• Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Technical knowledge to support the interface between SuccessFactors and different country Payroll systems
• Lead Support in the deployment and enhancement of the SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Technical implementation and functional rollout of the SuccessFactors Onboarding module
• Technical implementation of SuccessFactors Offboarding module
• Drive the development and implementation of sophisticated onboarding and offboarding modules.
• Collaborate with global and local business area leads to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Convert functional requirements into clear and manageable user stories, ensuring alignment across diverse business units.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Design, document, and execute test cases, and support user training and postimplementation activities.
