    Financial Planning Analyst

    Reporting Manager:
    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Experience Required:
    Minimum 3 years

    Job Location:
    Gurgaon (5 days a week from office)

    Qualifications:
    Candidates must have graduated from either IITs or IIMs.


    Responsibilities:
    Analyze business financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and plans.
    Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess various business strategies and initiatives.
    Prepare presentations and reports for CXOs, investors, and the board, providing comprehensive financial analysis and recommendations.
    Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    Engage independently with CXOs, investors, and board members to discuss financial strategies and performance.


    Preferred Skills and Experience:
    Candidates must have graduated from either IITs or IIMs.
    Strong proficiency in business financial analysis and reporting.
    Previous experience working in mid-sized organizations is preferred.
    Ability to work autonomously in an individual contributor role.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
    Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
