    KeyResponsibilities:Developing and maintaining positive relationships withemployees management and laborunions Ensuringcompliance with labor laws andregulationsHandling all employee grievances disputes andcomplaintsConducting investigations into employee misconduct orviolations of company policiesFacilitating negotiations between management and laborunions Providingadvice and support to management on human resource and/orindustrial relations issuesDeveloping and implementing policies and proceduresrelated to industrial relationsPreparing and presenting reports and recommendations tomanagement
    Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Human Resources IndustrialRelations or a related field. Postgraduate degree/diplomapreferred.


    Minimumof 5 years of experience in industrial relations or a relatedfield Strongattention to detail and organizationalskills Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
    Skills:Strong knowledge of labor laws andregulations.

    Good Negotiationskills. Excellent Communicationskills in Bengali Hindi andEnglish.
    Problemsolving skills in an industrialenvironment.
    Conflict resolutionskills. Empathy andemotionalintelligence.
