KeyResponsibilities:

Conceptualization:
Collaborate withthe marketing and creative teams to understandproject objectivesand requirements.
Develop creativeconcepts and design solutions that align with brandguidelines.2.


GraphicDesign:

Create visuallyappealing graphics for a variety of platforms includingdigital and print.
Design marketingcollaterals social media graphics presentations andother visualassets. 3.


BrandConsistency:

Ensure consistencyin design elements across various marketingchannels.
Uphold brandguidelines and standards in all design outputs.4.


Adaptability:

Stay updated ondesign trends and industry best practices.
Adapt design stylesto suit different target audiences andcommunicationchannels. 5.


Collaboration:

Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including marketing productand content teams.
Incorporatefeedback from team members to refine designs.6.


ProjectManagement:

Manage multipledesign projects simultaneously ensuring timelydelivery.
Prioritize tasksand meet project deadlines.


Qualificationsand Skills:

Bachelor s degreein Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field.
Proven experienceas a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency ingraphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite Sketch etc.).Solid understandingof design principles color theory and typography.
Strong attention todetail and the ability to work independently.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.


PreferredQualifications:

Experience inanimation or motion graphics is a plus.
Knowledge of UI/UXdesign principles.
