The Guest Relations Executive is a key position responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our hostels in North India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with excellent customer service, providing a warm and personalized touch to their stay.


• Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, streamlining processes to ensure seamless transitions for our guests.


• Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and poise, responding promptly to any concerns or questions.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing food and beverage assistance, supporting bookkeeping tasks, conducting inventory checks, and assisting with procurement. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality control throughout your daily activities.
