We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in painting and finishing work, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Mix and match paint colors to meet the project specifications.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and free from hazards during and after painting.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations while working with hazardous materials.
• Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences.
• Assist in the selection of paint and materials suitable for each project.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in painting and finishing work.
• Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment, such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
• Strong knowledge of different types of paints and finishes, including their applications.
• Ability to mix paints and match colors accurately.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to painting work.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various positions, including standing for long periods and climbing ladders.
