    Job Title: (Shift Lead -NOC,Fttx,HFC) Assistant Manager - Network Operations & Support

    Graduation with 7-8 Years of experience

    Technical Knowledge/Skills Required:

    • Planning, implementing and Managing NOC shifts
    • Good Telecommunications network understanding
    • Excellent People management skills
    • Hands on experience of complex FTTx and HFC access network issues.
    • Hands on experience in Nokia DSLAMs, Nokia and CommScope cabinets, Nokia OLT's, Nokia NTD's, passive fiber and copper networks,
    • Hands on experience in Cisco, Nokia 7x50 IP network
    • Hands on experience in Infinera DWDM
    • Experience of handling multi-vendor access network.
    • Strong knowledge of FM/PM, Logical Inventory (SNIM), Physical inventory (Spatial Net), Netcool & Remedy, E6000 (CMTS), Xpetrak, NxT, Tableau, Comptel tools.
    • HFC experience (CMTS:E6000, Nodes: OM4100, Amplifiers: FM321, FM601, NTD: CM820, CM8200
    • Sound knowledge of HFC network components like CMTS, Nodes, Amplifiers, NTD, Taps, Splitters, LPI, LPS, Power Block, Coupler etc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Day to day shift planning for 24X7 hours supports
    • Distribution of tickets based on availability and expertise
    • Manage seasonal/incidental spikes by allocating resources dynamically
    • Leave planning and floor management
    • Priority ticket management and war-room facilitation
    • Provide technology expertise for complex tickets - Troubleshooting, resolution, work around etc.
    • Participate in Major Incident Reviews, Failed Change Reviews, Post Incident Reviews
