    Bluebix is looking for US Non-IT Recruitment Manager for Hyderabad location.

    Work Hours: Night Shift - 5 days/week (Mon to Fri)

    Timings: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

    Working As a Recruitment Manager at Bluebix, You Will:

    • Manage, Mentor and Drive the Recruitment Team
    • Work with the team and increase their performance, by improving their skills and motivation.
    • Technical screening and submission of candidates.
    • Handle all paperwork MSA, contracts, etc.
    • Client and Account management.
    • Achieve performance and revenue targets.
    • Meet submission, closure and other operations targets.
    • Team retention, motivation, and training.
    • Raising the bar of the recruitment team.
    • Innovation and continuous improvement in our recruitment process.

    You will be a perfect fit for the role of a Recruitment Manager US Recruitment if you:

    • Have at least 5+ years of experience managing a team of US recruiters.
    • Aptitude, attitude, integrity, and the right communication skills are very important for this role of Recruitment Manager US Recruitment.
    • Have an eye for process and innovation.
    • Have a good understanding of IT and related areas. A huge plus if you are a technology geek.
    • Are comfortable working with targets and competent enough to achieve them.
    • Are a great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and in writing.
