    Key Responsibilities:

    • Banquet Sales Expertise: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in banquet sales or freshers from a Hotel Management Institute. You will leverage your industry knowledge to effectively promote and sell our banquet facilities to potential clients.
    • Education: Candidates should have completed their undergraduate degree from a reputed hotel management university (preferred) or worked & understand the working of a Hotel. Fresh graduates with a background in hotel management are also encouraged to apply.
    • Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs, and tailoring our offerings to meet their expectations. Your ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success.
    • Communication Skills: Fluency in both English and Malayalam is essential. You will be communicating with clients, colleagues, and partners in these languages, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the sales process.

    Qualifications:

    • A degree in Hotel Management from a recognized and respected university.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet sales within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of banquet and event planning processes.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
    • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill client needs.
    • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
