    As an Exhibitor Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our exhibitor base for various events.


    Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential exhibitors, engage them through strategic outreach, and secure their participation at our events.

    This role requires a dynamic individual who is adept at sales, negotiation, and relationship building.


    The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the event industry and possess the ability to match exhibitor offerings with event themes and attendee interests.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Exhibitor Recruitment :
    Proactively identify and recruit new exhibitors by researching industry trends, attending related events, and leveraging networks.

    Sales and Negotiation :
    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed exhibitor acquisition targets. Negotiate contracts and terms of participation with exhibitors.

    Relationship Management :
    Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential exhibitors.

    Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitor inquiries, providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and long-term participation.


    Market Research :
    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for exhibitor growth and to stay ahead of industry trends.

    Collaboration :

    Work closely with the marketing and event planning teams to ensure alignment of exhibitor offerings with event themes and attendee interests.


    Exhibitor Support :
    Assist in the development of exhibitor packages, promotional materials, and support services to enhance exhibitor value and satisfaction.

    Reporting :
    Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and exhibitor feedback to inform strategy adjustments as necessary.
