    Job Title: Junior Service Engineer

    We are seeking a Junior Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at VBCC High Temperature Instruments Pvt. Ltd., located in Chennai.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Installation and commissioning of electrical and automation systems in manufacturing environments.
    • Servicing and maintenance of products, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet quality standards.
    • Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and onsite.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and software issues related to automation and control systems.
    • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance of equipment.

    Mandatory Software and Skills:

    • Proficient in PLC Programming (Programmable Logic Controller)
    • Knowledge of HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems
    • Experience with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems
    • Hands-on experience with LabVIEW
    • Strong understanding of electrical components such as Thyristors and PID Controllers

    Qualifications:

    • BE in Electrical Engineering (EEE/ECE) or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a service or commissioning role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Knowledge of electrical systems and automation software is essential.
