- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in CAE analysis and simulation
- Proficiency in using CAE software tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar
- Strong understanding of structural mechanics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and analyze complex data
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and reliable results
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Perform computer-aided engineering analysis and simulation using advanced software tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop simulation models
- Conduct structural, thermal, and aerodynamic analysis to evaluate product performance
- Identify design flaws or weaknesses and propose improvements to enhance product functionality and reliability
- Generate detailed reports and present analysis results to stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CAE engineering and recommend implementation of new techniques or tools
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior CAE engineers
