    Function:
    Sales and RelationshipManagementAndheri(East) mumbai


    Responsibilities:

    Lead Conversion:
    Receive qualified leads from the SDR and buildstrongrelationships with them. Conductindepth needs assessments andfeasibilitychecks with internal productteams. Develop compelling proposalsthatshowcase our company solutions andaddress customer challenges. Negotiatedealsand close sales securing new businessopportunities.


    Customer Support:
    Provideexcellent customer service throughout thesalescycle and beyond. Address customerinquiries and concerns promptlyandprofessionally. Foster longtermrelationships and build customer loyalty.


    Market Analysis:
    Stay informed about industry trends andcompetitorlandscape. Identify new marketopportunities and develop strategiesforexpansion.


    Collaboration:
    Work closely with the SDR and Proposal Engineer toensure asmooth sales process. Collaboratewith marketing and product teams toalignsales efforts with broader businessgoals.


    Technical Expertise:
    Possess indepthknowledge of IoT Industry 4.0 sensorandhardware technologies digitalization wireless technologyandcommunication protocols. Understand thetechnical aspects of our company productsand solutions. Analyze customer requirements and translatetheminto feasible technicalsolutions.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor s degree (Business Administration Engineering or relatedfield)preferred. 23years of experience in sales business development or a relatedfield. Strong understanding of B2B salesprocesses and negotiation techniques.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability tobuild trustandrapport. Proven ability to manage multiplepriorities and meet deadlines effectively.
    Deep understanding of products and solutions with the ability totailorthem to customerneeds.
