    Job Title Talent Acquisition Executive

    Location Bodakdev Ahmedabad

    Experience: Years experience - in a recruitment firm / Consultancy or any recruitment experience.

    Requirement

    a) Female Candidate- 2-3 Years experience - in a recruitment firm / Consultancy or any recruitment experience.

    b) Male candidate Fresher- 5 years experience in IT Recruitment

    Salary: - Best in industry

    Working Hours: - 10-7pm

    Working days: - 5 days

    Qualification Any Graduate or MBA

    Role & Responsibilities in Recruitment Role:

    • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
    • Lead employer branding initiatives
    • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
    • Implement and administer employee policies
    • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
    • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
    • Offer proactive recruiting assistance
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
    • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
    • Prepare termination and severance letters

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience in recruitment.
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) is a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
