Responsible for fulfilment ofsales and marketing function ISO requirements anddocumentation.
Ensuring that customers issuesare responded earliest to their full satisfaction by propercoordination with responsible function/party.
Undertake customer visit as and whenneeded for resolving customer issues/ new businessdevelopment.
