    Our product roadmap is innovation-centric, focusing on AI and delivering strong product value propositions with clear short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals.

    As a Product Manager, you will be part of QuorEka's Product Management team and will be responsible for translating product strategy and market requirements into world-class products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the product roadmap and strategy and coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from customers and prospects.
    • Work with customers, product development, internal clients and project teams in the organization to understand market needs and involve in product roadmap evaluation.
    • Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities.
    • Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements.
    • Implement usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirements.
    • Work with leadership team in planning the product roadmap.
    • Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to key partners.
    • Coordinate with engineering team to plan and deliver features on time.
    • Represent the company in product or domain-specific conferences and events.
    • Act as the sole authority on product certification post-beta testing.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain functional analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses.
    • Manage third-party relationships with technology partners and solutions providers.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of the commodities and energy business and derivatives is mandatory.
    • 10+ years of experience in product management in CTRM/ETRM space with 3+ years in a product manager role.
    • Experience in building products in ETRM space (Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Power).
    • Experience in working across teams in Software Development, Quality Assurance, Consulting, and Product Support.
    • Knowledge of Canadian and US Power and Gas market.
    • European and Australian Power and Gas is an added advantage.
    • A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
    • Familiarity with agile development framework is preferable.
