About the Role:
We are a reputed photography and skill-based course institute seeking a presentable, responsible, and experienced female counsellor. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in either skill-based education or B2C sales. She will handle both online and offline course counselling, with a focus on converting leads to admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert a minimum of 15 students from 200 qualified leads per month (provided by the school).
- Proactively engage with leads, counsel them on comprehensive courses, and follow up to ensure admissions.
- Target: 25 student admissions monthly, with incentives for every student beyond the baseline.
Preferred Skills:
- Painting, photography, or other creative fields.
- Strong B2C sales acumen.
- Excellent communication skills across English, Hindi, and Bengali.
