Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Factory supervisor to oversee the complete operations of our Vasai manufacturing plant.Responsibilities
- Plant Operations & Production Management Prepare and execute the daily/weekly production plan including shift scheduling Monitor production output efficiency and adherence to timelines Coordinate with the planning team to ensure availability of raw materials components and resources Ensure smooth functioning of all manufacturing processes FDAS FDSS FAS kits assemblies harnessing brackets etc Departmental Oversight Lead and supervise all plant-level departments Production Quality Control Maintenance Stores Inventory Dispatch Logistics Safety Compliance Administration Housekeeping Establish strong inter-departmental communication to resolve bottlenecks quickly Ensure products meet AIS-135 UL LPCB EN internal QC standards Work closely with QC for in-process inspection testing final approvals Maintain factory safety norms fire-safety compliance statutory requirements Drive continuous improvements implement SOPs across the plant Team Leadership Performance Manage mentor supervisors operators technicians support staff Conduct performance evaluations training programs skill-upgradation Maintain discipline punctuality accountability across all levels Inventory Cost Control Oversee inventory levels RM WIP FG coordinate purchase timely procurement Optimise resource utilisation reduce wastage rework line downtime Work cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality Vendor External Coordination Coordinate external agencies maintenance calibration fabrication tooling Ensure tooling jigs fixtures available maintained production Support management vendor negotiations when required Reporting Documentation Generate daily weekly MIS reports on production rejections manpower efficiency Maintain documentation audits certifications regulatory inspections Report critical issues improvement suggestions senior management Qualifications Experience Diploma Degree Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering preferred years experience factory/plant management preferably automotive electrical fabrication assembly-line environments Strong understanding manufacturing operations QC processes team management Job Type Full-time Pay ₹40 ₹60 ,000.00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
