    About the Role:

    Our international IT consulting client is seeking an experienced CCaaS Implementation Consultant to join their team on a contract basis.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Configure client products for various brands and industries, adhering to high standards of delivery and quality.
    • Pursue constant learning and collaboration with the team to develop best practices in product configuration.
    • Work as part of a team to understand product adoption by various brands and establish standard practices to enhance adoption.

    Requirements:
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in deploying voice and non-voice contact center applications such as Gensys Engage, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex Contact Center, and Ring Central.
    • Detailed knowledge of voice protocols including TCP/IP, VOIP, UDP, SIP, RTP, SRTP, WebRTC, and audio processing.
    • Understanding of CTI or voice recording products.
    • Experience with VOIP, dialer, ACD, IVR, SBC, and exposure to video conferencing, IM, voicemail, DID, carriers, and knowledge of VOIP and SIP.
    • Familiarity with UCaaS, CPaaS platforms, cloud, contact centers, and integrations like MS Teams and analysis tools such as Wireshark.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM systems, KB systems, and customer portals for case management.
    • Experience in developing and deploying code that directly interacts with SIP protocols, RTP packets, and similar.
    • Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript.

    What We Offer:

    This is a 12-month contract opportunity with potential extensions. The role is full-time and 100% remote, with rare travel requirements. Work time zones include APJ, EMEA, or AMER, and fluency in English is required.
