    BUSINESS: Customer Service Representative

    LOCATION: Thane, India

    DIRECT REPORTING: Manager Cust service SSC.

    FUNCTIONAL REPORTING:

    POSITION DETAILS

    Position Summary

    Order Execution of pump- and spare part orders

    Principal Activities

    · Processing of pump and spare part orders

    · Closely work with Shipping department & Handling IHM documents

    · Selection of the complete delivery package

    · Processing of Pump and Spare part orders via CRM into SAP system with technical and commercial details

    · Create Sales order in SAP with complete details of previously supplied pump, end user details, industry etc

    · Coordinate with Order Management function in plant to get order related status and delivery updates

    · coordination with export control department in country of manufacturing

    · coordination with internal and external interfaces

    · clarification of technical and commercial issues

    · follow-up of orders, dealing with warranty claims

    · Handling CRM enquiries daily basis

    · Using Cloud tools for submitting orders

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    Knowledge Skills & Abilities

    o very good English skills is must (telephone and email)

    o able to read, write, analyse and interpret general business and technical documents in English

    o good technical understanding

    o SAP SD knowledge will be an added advantage.

    o experience with integrated CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)

    o Should be Team-capable, self-motivated, resilient, customer-focused

    Requirements

    Education & Experience

    o 2 years professional experience in customer service of industrial goods

    o Diploma degree in any Specialization

    o Any Graduate
