- Tracking employee working hours through daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
- Processing timesheets accurately to calculate employee work hours.
- Calculating employee benefits and deductions, including tax and National Insurance.
- Preparing compensation checks using payroll software.
- Generating payroll reports and distributing payment statements to employees.
- Addressing candidate inquiries regarding compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
- Entering new employee/client data into the company database.
- Staying updated with HMRC rules and legislation related to payroll.
- Updating changes related to HMRC into payroll software.
- Reviewing payroll reports regularly before sending them to clients.
- Communicating with clients to resolve payrollrelated queries.
- Verifying starter checklist/P45 of new candidates and addressing missing details.
- Providing P60 to candidates upon request.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Payroll Management.
- Knowledge of Employment Acts and MOM regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (WorkDay, ADP Workforce Now).
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Expertise in end-to-end global payroll processes.
- Advanced Excel skills for payroll reporting and analysis.
- Experience with payroll software .
