    Location: Vadodara

    Job Description:

    • Get business from new customers, products & applications.
    • Work on new business opportunities & focus actions on developing business in Switch gears, Motors, protective coatings and variety of FRP products.
    • Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
    • Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies.
    • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
    • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Create pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline
    • Report on key KPIs related to sales.
    • Offer samples for testing new products to end users, influencers & stakeholders.
    • Follow up with customers for payment & monitor their current outstanding payments regularly for ensuring that credit exposure stays under control.
    • Travel as and when required in the market to meet end users, contractors, consultants, OEMs, SSI OEMs, WHS & Institutional customers & bodies.
    • Keep the market updated about new products & technologies, taking sustainable & specific efforts for introducing them in the market for long-term business growth.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales person's perspective
    • The Ability to prepare mode reports and use the appropriate mode of communication. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
    • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Initiative to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical/Electrical.
    • Management degree in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage
    • Basic knowledge of electronics is expected.
