    Marketing strategy and execution:

    • Leveraging your extensive global marketing experience, create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Build marketing plans across various channels (digital, content, events, etc.).
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

    Brand visibility:

    • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels to strengthen brand awareness.
    • Lead the development of highquality content that educates and engages our audience.
    • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and industry influencers to amplify the company's reach.

    Performance marketing:

    • Allocate marketing budget effectively and track ROI. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads).
    • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, optimize activities, and demonstrate marketing impact.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience (7+ years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably within thenutraceutical/food/cosmetics/personal care or related industries.
    • Proven success in navigating the complexities of international marketing would bebeneficial.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns thatdrive leads and revenue.
    • Strategic thinker skilled in translating global consumer trends into actionable marketingstrategies.
