Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

• Should lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, including wire-framing, prototyping and visual design.
• Should be responsible of creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (for web and mobile applications) while ensuring exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Technical Experience

• Experience with design tools like Sketch/InVision XD or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color and layout.
• Experience Collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and effectively communicate design specs through design hand-off tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience working with internationalization and localization best practices to design scalable and culturally relevant user experiences.
• Ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on user research, usability testing and data driven insights.
• Experience designing for complex user flows and information architecture, particularly in enterprise-level applications or B2B Platforms.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
