    JOBDESCRIPTION
    JOBTITLE: Customer Support Executive
    PURPOSEOF THE ROLE/JOB:To increasecustomer lifetime value and ensure customerdelight.
    IMPORTANTJOBFUNCTIONS:
    1. Resolvecustomer complaints and provide knowledgeable answers to customerqueries
    2. Assist clients on offline and onlineorders deal with orders in the back office and liaise withlogistics
    3. Followup on orders and liaise withcustomers buyers etc
    4. Followup on all customerrequests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customerservice in the industry
    5. Assist customers withaftersales service issues. Be a primary contact for customerinquiries about our products and brand.
    6. Able tocommunicate concisely our company policies to client. Maintain andupdate regular client correspondence
    7. Reviewpurchase orders and shipments prior to dispatch. Coordinate andtrack the delivery logistic channels
    8. Coordinatewith Vendors to get required procurements and marketing collateralson given TAT
    9. Work with internal and externalteams to ensure smooth and timelyoperations
    10. Maintaining and analysing weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly customerdatabase
    11. Provide complete endtoend resolutionto customer issues
    12. Engage with customers in afriendly and professional manner while actively listening to theirconcerns
    13. Generate edit publish and share dailycontent (original text images video or HTML) that builds meaningfulconnections and
    encouragescommunity members to act
    1. Uploadingediting scheduling and managing ecommerce website content services&operations.
