- Resolvecustomer complaints and provide knowledgeable answers to customerqueries
- Assist clients on offline and onlineorders deal with orders in the back office and liaise withlogistics
- Followup on orders and liaise withcustomers buyers etc
- Followup on all customerrequests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customerservice in the industry
- Assist customers withaftersales service issues. Be a primary contact for customerinquiries about our products and brand.
- Able tocommunicate concisely our company policies to client. Maintain andupdate regular client correspondence
- Reviewpurchase orders and shipments prior to dispatch. Coordinate andtrack the delivery logistic channels

- Maintaining and analysing weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly customerdatabase
- Provide complete endtoend resolutionto customer issues
- Engage with customers in afriendly and professional manner while actively listening to theirconcerns
- Generate edit publish and share dailycontent (original text images video or HTML) that builds meaningfulconnections and
