• Head marketing function.
• Develop and execute on overall marketing strategy to build a strong consumer healthcare brand and drive sales
• Develop marketing strategies and implement programs across multiple digital channels including programmatic media, social media, native advertising and other innovative media channels to drive customer acquisition
• Ensure key decisions that drive strategy and marketing plans are based on relevant insights and consumer data
• Manage daytoday aspects of team's execution and results
• Manage online marketing calendar to ensure accurate execution of marketing messages
• Bring the voice of the consumer into the organization

• 10+ years of experience in marketing
• Strong experience in building directtoconsumer (D2C) brands
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong experience in building and executing digital marketing programs
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and problemsolving abilities
• Previous experience managing outside resources including interactive marketing agencies
