- Head marketing function.
- Develop and execute on overall marketing strategy to build a strong consumer healthcare brand and drive sales
- Develop marketing strategies and implement programs across multiple digital channels including programmatic media, social media, native advertising and other innovative media channels to drive customer acquisition
- Ensure key decisions that drive strategy and marketing plans are based on relevant insights and consumer data
- Manage daytoday aspects of team's execution and results
- Manage online marketing calendar to ensure accurate execution of marketing messages
- Bring the voice of the consumer into the organization
- 10+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong experience in building directtoconsumer (D2C) brands
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong experience in building and executing digital marketing programs
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and problemsolving abilities
- Previous experience managing outside resources including interactive marketing agencies
