Job Description:
Candidate should have prior experience working as business analyst/consultant in Patient domain along with exposure in Patient Data management, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT based solution/project

Responsibilities:

Analyst Activities:

had extensive experience in working on Patient level datasets (IQVIA, Patient Support Services, Specialty Pharmacy, Liquid Hub/ Data Unveil, Optum/ DRG Claims, APLD, LAAD, Patient Hub etc.)on experience in analysing IMS data (patient insights, MIDAS) as well as syndicated reports and datasets (DRG, DataMonitor, Datavant, Evaluate Pharma, Kantar health etc.)on SGDW (Sales force health cloud admin) and sales commercial master data sets such as customer (HCO/HCP/ Payer), Product, understanding of Patient data processing within HIPAA environment, such as Patient data aggregation, tokenization, good client facing roles to cover business requirement discussions, business use case assessments, conduct requirement workshops/interviewsexperience in SQL to analyze data sets and perform data profiling/assessmentto Create Business requirements, define scope and objectives, functional specifications, develop business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.

Obtain sign-off from customers.
UAT execution phase and work with project manager to obtain user acceptance test convert business requirements into functional design for development team


Creation:

the practice as a Functional SME for data warehouse, reporting, and master data management projects across Pharma patient data sets.

Axtria's project and R&D teams with functional/domain knowledgeto create case studies/success stories of projects with functional/domain viewin whitepapers, point-of-view, develop Go-to- market strategy for Patient domain offeringsto coach team members in Patient domain business & functional use cases


Desirable qualities:

in client handling skillshands-on experience in data assessment and requirementcommunication, PowerPoint/word/excel, and writing skillsfor results - Able to take initiative and set priorities; pursue tasks tenaciously & with a need to finish.
