    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce brand strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
    • Manage and maintain brand presence across multiple online channels including company website, thirdparty marketplaces, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of branding initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
    • Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between brand positioning and product offerings.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including vendors, influencers, and industry partners.
    • Provide guidance and support to customer service teams to maintain brand consistency and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Stay uptodate with ecommerce industry trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 35 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ecommerce brand strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
    • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
