    Role&Responsibilities:
    • Designdevelop and maintain backend and frontend components using PythonReact JS MongoDB and other relevanttechnologies.
    • Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate theminto technical specifications.
    • Develop andmaintain RESTful APIs and services that integrate seamlessly withother components and externalsystems.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams toensure smooth deployment andoperations.
    • Identify and resolve technicalissues troubleshoot and debug production incidents in a timelymanner.
    • Build scalable highperformance backendsystems capable of handling large volumes of data andtraffic.
    • Optimize existing systems for improvedefficiency performance andreliability.
    • Implement best practices for codequality maintainability and scalability.
    • Staycurrent with the latest industry trends tools andtechnologies.
    • Mentor and provide technicalguidance to junior engineers to foster their professionalgrowth.

    IdealCandidate:
    • Strongexperience in backend web and frontenddevelopment.
    • Experience in developing scalableweb applications and RESTful APIs.
    • Strongknowledge of databases data modeling and datamanagement.
    • Strong expertise in Python React JSor similar skills with an indepth understanding of their ecosystemsand best practices.
    • Experience designing anddeveloping scalable hightraffic backendsystems.
    • Solid understanding of microservicesarchitecture and distributedsystems.
    • Proficiency in working with databaseslike PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
    • Familiarity withcontainerization technologies (e.g. Docker) and containerorchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
    • Knowledge ofcloud platforms (e.g. Azure) and serverlesscomputing.
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines andrelated tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLabCI/CD).
    • Strong problemsolving skills and theability to troubleshoot complexissues.
    • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrumdevelopment methodologies.
    • Bachelor s degree incomputer science engineering or a related field (or equivalent workexperience).

    Note:Preference will be given to candidates with currentexperience in productbasedcompanies.
