    Description
    Responsible for developing and executing a consistent Sales & Marketing strategy for SSL Category (Milk & Curd).

    • Driving category sales to achieve the top line, bottom line, contribution margin for the category.
    • Develop entry strategy and launch of new products. This will involve developing the full marketing mix including operations strategy, launch specifics and all ATL/BTL initiatives.
    • Develop and execute strategy to expand to new geographies and export markets.
    • S/He would also be custodian of the category portfolio and the overall brand architecture pertaining milk and curd in this category.
    • S/He will drive delivery of the Annual Operating plan by providing effective marketing support to ensure the following :
    • Value creation
    • Brand building & awareness
    • Effective Communication though optimized use of different channels of communication
    • Develop sales promotion schemes in collaboration with Sales
    • Drive effective execution of ATL & BTL activities within defined budget
    • Anticipating future consumer needs and incorporating into the brand development process.
    • Understands the consumer and market trends through the market research efforts of the company.
    • Own project management of the NPD process end to end (Ideation, creation of product, consumer validation, in market launch)
    • Evaluate brand portfolio including brand definition & proposition, advertising concept, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for each category & brand
    • Custodian of price, product and pack changes in line with regional market dynamics.
    • Developing & implementing trademarketing strategy in line with brand strategy.
    • Develop, supervise and improve process to link entire marketing activities with Sales activities.
    • Ensuring smooth interface & collaboration between Brand Marketing and Sales teams.
    • Designing and executing trade / channel programs to drive business growth.
