Role:
Utilize your skills of SuccessFactors Employee Central to lead teams on large to medium scale projects.

Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central SolutionSystem configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business BlueprintBuild strong relationships with clients and project team members that will contribute to your growth and developmentContinually seeking to improve methodologies and approaches to provide cutting edge thinking and deliverablesLead and contribute to SF practice development initiatives including culture building, recruiting, mentoring and methods development, etc.

Responsible for Presales activities identifying new and add on opportunities, proposal development, client presentations, etc.


Preferred Skills:
Industry or consulting experienceCertified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
Must have done at least 3-4 end to end implementation.

Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.Must have worked on MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows.

Experience on Time-Off and BenefitsPreparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scriptsStrong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment.

Basic Qualification :

• Experience in atleast 2 of the SF Modules – Employee Central or Other SF ModulesBE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 6 Yrs
