    Description

    We are seeking 1-2 motivated and detail-oriented Junior Qualitative Analysts to join our CLINIGMA team. As a Junior Qualitative Analyst, you will work closely with our Senior Analysts and Research teams to code the data, ensure data quality control, analysis and contribute to reporting.

    What are we looking for:

    ·      You have 2-3 years of experience working with qualitative data at IQVIA located in Bengaluru.

    ·      You are proficient in mixed-methods research, with experience querying, analyzing, and interpreting complex. datasets, and will play a pivotal role in supporting various stages of clinical trial interviews.

    Key Responsibilities:

    You will be joining our analysis team, where you will be responsible for

    ·      Coding qualitative data and assist in analysis qualitative data analysis pertinent to clinical trials.

    ·      Developing queries to retrieve key metrics and insights from both qualitative and quantitative datasets.

    ·      Ensuring high-quality data management practices, including quality control checks.

    ·      Utilizing Atlas.TI for coding, analysing data, and creating impactful visualizations to support research findings.

    ·      Collaborating with the research team to draft, edit, and finalize project documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    ·      A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field of qualitative data analysis and mixed methods analysis e.g. Data Science, Anthropology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Public Health, statistics or a related discipline.

    ·      A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience at IQVIA or similar large research agency in Bengaluru

    ·      Strong interest in qualitative research methodologies and data analysis.

    ·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

    ·      Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software (e.g., Atlas.ti,/ NVivo/ MAXQDA) is a plus.

    ·      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    ·      Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    ·      A strong ethical mindset, with a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and integrity in all aspects of your work.

    ·      Able to work independently and collaborate in a global online environment.
