    JOB SUMMARY We are lookingfor an experienced Regional Sales Manager to contribute to ourcompany s sales objectives. As a Regional Sales Manager you shoulduse your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes toprovide innovative ideas for business growth. Ultimately you shouldaspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with largedistributed customers.

    ROLE& RESPONSIBILITIESThe person shall bear the responsibility of driving the sales ofour product in the SMB & Enterprise segment for thespecified region. This is a leadership role in which the personwill work collaboratively with a team of sales managers. To be responsible for the sale of theproduct in the large enterprise segment in the region and achievethe sales revenue/targets Negotiation andclosure of sales understand current pain points Discuss appropriate solutions and valueaddwith the customers Farming of existing accounts for expansion andupselling To create/maintain excellentrelationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitchaccording to their specifications Developingand implementing B2B sales strategy market mapping and analytics ofthe markets. Drive customer engagements withthe account management team Prepare business development strategiesaccording to the needs of the client. Securing business opportunities by cultivating a mutuallybeneficial business relationship with current and potential clients
