Technical skills:

Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate training experience

Sound knowledge and ability to handle training on .NET Full Stack Developer C#, ASP. Net, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web API and Angular

Ability to handle the New Hire Training and Lateral training too

Some exposure of the Development field

Comfortable handling client expectation setting/evaluation calls

Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques

Knowledge about learning management systems and virtual tool platforms

Roles and Responsibilities

Devise technical training programs according to organizational business unit requirements.

Produce training schedules and classroom agenda for all training sessions.

Determine course content according to objectives.

Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.).

Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.

Education: UG - Graduate - Any Specialization.
