    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Marketing Specialist.

    The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training, and sales management, focusing and creating innovative Marketing mediums and campaigns online and offline.

    The role is located in MIDC Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Creating marketing collateral—promotional emails, social media posts, copy for ads and banners, landing pages, and sales pages
    • Campaign Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Market Research: Analyze target markets, consumer behavior, and consumption patterns to inform marketing strategies. Studying consumer wants, needs, and food purchasing patterns. Assisting in the creation of pricing strategies to increase the company's profit.
    • Brand Building: Enhance brand awareness and positioning through effective communication and creative campaigns.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to align marketing efforts.
    • Performance Metrics: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Setting up paid advertising campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness, and performing A/B testing to understand what works best for different audiences

    Experience

    • Minimum 2 + years of experience working in Food Marketing and managing marketing campaigns
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
    • Excellent knowledge of the food industry
    • Ability to identify with the consumers' psychology
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Eligibility

    • Worked in Marketing for at least 3 years.
    • Preferable having experience in Food Processing Company.
    • Market Research and Communication skills
    • Experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
    • Sales and Product Management experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
