Job Brief -
We are looking to hire an experienced and smart working business development/Sales professional experienced in the field of commercial real estate sales/ coworking industry. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing, professionally run start up
Responsibilities :-
● Achieve revenue targets and help attain targeted Gross Margin
● Generate Potential leads of clients and properties
● Qualify leads, meet prospects.
● Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
● Prepare commercial offers for prospective clients, negotiations and closure of deals including agreement signing
● Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients at all times
● Develop & Maintain a healthy relationship with intermediaries in the market
● Search and obtain suitable spaces to add to our inventory
● Ensure sales of existing inventories in the region.
● Submission of Weekly MIS on time
Requirements & Skills :-
● Proven work experience of 7 - 10 years in sales & Business Development.
● Experience related to commercial real estate, co working space or hotel management will be an added benefit
● Good team player and ability to take up responsibilities.
● Strong Sales, Communication and negotiation skills.
● Open to traveling as a part of work.
● Ability to prepare and present attractive presentations
● Professionalism and willingness to work hard is a plus point
● Should be reasonably adept in working on Excel
● Relevant bachelors degree is required
