Main expected skills:
First experience on 3D Experience or other PLM tool (could be academic)
Motivation to support Michelin tire developer for at least next 3 years.
A first experience on support or on Dassault solution would be appreciated.
Main activity:
Incident and user request management
Participation to application improvement:
Root cause analysis
Work with development team to make application more robust
Improvement of user training
Monitoring and alerting improvement
New release validation.
