    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Sales. As a Field Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services, including Google Adword Management Services, Web Design and Development Services, Hosting Services, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Space selling B2B Marketplace, and Mobile app Development. You will be actively engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business goals. This is a full-time position located in Ambala, Haryana, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and IT services is a plus
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Identify New Sales leads.

    Must have laptop and own vehicle

    Field Sales

    Prospect for new Clients by networking.

    Cold Calling.

    Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

    Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

    Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

    Plan approaches and pitches.

    Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

    Participate in pricing the solution/service.

    Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
