- Evaluate studentsprogress and provide constructive feedback to help themimprove.
- Prepare students forperformances auditions and competitions asneeded.
- Encourage and inspirestudents to develop a love for music andsaxophoneplaying.
- Communicateeffectively with students and their parents/guardians regardinglesson schedules progress andexpectations.
- Stay updated with newteaching methodologies music trends andsaxophonerepertoire.
- Proficiency insaxophone playing and a strong understanding of musictheory.
- Previous teaching experience preferably witha diverse range of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students toachieve their musical goals.
- Patience flexibility and a passion forteaching music.
- A degree in music or equivalent professionalexperience is preferred but notmandatory.
- Experience in ensemble coaching orconducting.
- Familiarity with various musical styles(Classical Jazz Contemporaryetc.).
- Knowledge of music technology and itsintegration into teaching (Recording Digital Notationetc.).
