As a Salesforce Production Support Admin, you will be responsible for providing production support for Salesforce applications. You will troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues within SLA timelines. Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to ensure system stability. Your expertise in Salesforce Administration and Lightning Web Components (LWC) will be crucial in handling production support activities effectively. You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to address any issues that arise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support for Salesforce applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve userreported issues within SLA timelines
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

Qualifications Required:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Administration
