    Position Hiring: Sales Manager

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager for our company.

    NOTE: MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN THE REAL ESTATE FIELD

    Experience: 2 to 3 year's of experience

    Salary: Max. 30,000 P/M + Incentives

    Positive and enthusiastic attitude

    The candidate should be aggressive in sales.

    Must be confident to accept new challenges.

    Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills

    Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.

    Knowledge of the real estate sales process, and local, state, and federal property regulations

    Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills

    Ability to critically think and problem-solve

    A strong interpersonal and marketing skills, as well as property market knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

    Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

    Good interpersonal and marketing skills and good knowledge of the property market.

    Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.

    Fixing up Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service

    Converting prospects into buyers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching their investment needs.

    Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting

    Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
